Yes it is.

Does it meet the three requirements? Yes!!

1) Cyclic, Continuous Overlap of P-Orbitals 2) Planar conformation 3) Delocalized e-; of (pi) e-‘s = 4n+2 (n=0,1,2,3,..etc)

1) Yes. 2) Of course. 3) 6= 4 (1) + 2

Because it meets these three requirements, yes, it is aromatic.
