Conflict, Teams, and Change

Using the South University Online Library, research and respond to one of the following tasks:

  • Propose recommendations regarding how leaders can help virtual teams to be successful and resolve misunderstandings and conflicts in such situations through frequent meetings. Include how leaders deal with the advantages and challenges associated with leading virtual teams by using external and internal motivators.

  • Leaders must often communicate within their organizations about upcoming changes. Propose the important aspects of the scope and structure of a leadership communication program designed to explain changes that will occur within the organization.
  • Conflict is likely to occur in teams and organizations. Assess the types of conflict that can occur and the communication strategy a leader should use to diminish the negative effects of conflict and leverage the potential positive effects of conflict.
